Important Notes/Changes for 2010 Registration for the
Wilderness & Canoeing Symposium
Program
This year we are getting sending out registration packages before the Wilderness Canoe Symposium program is actually finalized. George Luste is currently developing the program of speakers &, as speakers are confirmed, updates to the program will be made available online. Updates will be posted regularly here: http://wcsymposium.com/ under WCS2010.
Online Registration Available
This year we are offering the option of online submission of the WCS Registration Form here: http://www.wcsymposium.com/drupal-wcasymposium/
To login to use the form, please use:
Username: canoeing
Password: paddle
At this point in time, it is still necessary to send in your cheque by snail mail. By submitting the WCS form online, we will be able to assign your seats earlier & it will help to keep both our mailing costs & volunteer labour down. Please take advantage of the online option!!
When you submit online you will immediately receive an email confirming your registration with a registration number & a cheque amount. These should be transferred to your cheque.
Pickup of Registration Package
This year we will not be mailing out Seat Tickets & Meal Vouchers. Instead there will be a check-in station set up Fri. night & Sat. morning at the symposium entrance where you can pick up your registration package. You will also receive an email about one to two weeks before the symposium letting you know what your seats will be. Pricing
All Canadian prices will remain the same as last year. Because of the high & fluctuating value of the Canadian dollar, the US prices will be the same as the Canadian prices. All prices will be lower until Jan. 23, 2010.
